Regarding the case, “the Hsien Ex-Commander of Air Force Air Defense and Missile Command is not to be prosecuted,” Air Force Command Headquarters claimed today (14^th) that the investigation of the Hsien Ex-Commander who violated the national security had been concluded by Ciaotou District Prosecutors Office and the Hsien Ex-Commander was not to be prosecuted. Headquarters respected and accepted the result of the legal investigation.

Air Force Command Headquarters also claimed that Ministry of National Defense would undergo the administrative investigation to review and look into the liability concerning the administrative violation of the Hsien Commander, and would also continue the training of the military officers to strengthen the concept of “military character” and increase the alertness of the spy to protect the national security.
